The Rosen Ballroom measures 49’4” by 56’. A divider wall can split the ballroom into two separate meeting rooms, Serenity and Reflection, both 49’4” by 28’.
The audio/visual equipment built into the Rosen Ballroom offers convenient access to technology that will enhance your meeting or special event. The Rosen Ballroom perfectly fits up to 187 people. The adjacent covered outdoor function space allows more guests to enjoy fresh Florida air while staying safe from the elements. Rosen’s new ballroom is beautifully appointed and ready to exceed your meeting expectations.
If you’re planning a more intimate and casual event, the beautiful 250-square-foot pavilion overlooking our lake is the perfect spot. We’ll help you furnish the pavilion with tables and chairs or comfortable seating for an evening party or private ceremony. Ceiling fans will keep you and your guests cool.
Event catering is available. From southern-style buffets to elegant cuisine, experience the fine meals prepared by our executive chefs and served by our banquets staff. At Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista, we strive to provide the highest level of service for you and your guests.
